Everytime i go to play my online game World of Warcraft...i get disconnected. when i minimize the game it connects again...then sometimes i can get on the game for a bit but it never fails to disconnect while its open.

My son tries to log on to the game World of Warcraft and the system immediately logs him off the internet and all connection goes down. I have disabled the firewall in an attempt to allow him to access the game and the system still will not work....
